Terms of service

Draft for pilot use. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before general availability.

The service

makchat provides a shared inbox, catalog and AI-assisted reply tools for businesses. Features marked in progress or planned are not part of the service until announced as available.

AI suggestions

AI-generated drafts can be wrong. You remain responsible for messages sent from your workspace and for reviewing suggestions. makchat does not let AI issue refunds, apply discounts or mark payments as paid.

Your responsibilities

• Use connected channels in line with each provider's policies and applicable law, including consent for marketing messages.
• Keep account credentials and two-factor devices secure.
• Only upload data you are allowed to process.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual service level. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

Changes

These terms are a draft for pilot use and will be replaced by reviewed terms before general availability.
