How billing will work

Seats and channels
Plans include a number of team seats and connected channels.
AI units, defined up front
Text drafts, image matching and voice transcription each use a published number of units. Human replies never use units.
No charge for failures
If an AI provider call fails, you are not charged for it.
Spending ceilings
You can see remaining usage at any time and set a ceiling so automation stops before it goes over.
